11月26日 消息:根据一份法律文件显示，特朗普政府同意将TikTok剥离在美业务的期限再次延长7天。TikTok方面表示，该行政令的 新期限为12月4日。

8月5日，美国国务卿蓬佩奥曾以“ 安全”为由，宣称美国正在敦促苹果、谷歌等手机应用商店下架TikTok和 等所谓“不可信任的” 应用程序。

8月6日，特朗普签署两项行政命令，宣布将在45天后禁止任何美国个人及企业与TikTok母公司字节跳动进行任何交易，禁止美国个人及企业与腾讯公司进行与 有关的任何交易。

8月14日，特朗普再次签署行政令，延长字节跳动出售TikTok时间，要求字节跳动在90天之内出售或剥离该公司在美国的TikTok业务。

9月15日，美国科技公司甲骨文证实，已经与TikTok母公司字节跳动达成协议，成为其“可信赖的技术合作伙伴”，双方将合作维持TikTok在美国的运营，这一协议仍需要美国政府的批准。报道称，这份解决方案不包括全面出售TikTok，也不涉及TikTok的核心技术转让。

On September 15, Oracle, an American technology company, confirmed that it has reached an agreement with the parent company of tiktok to become its "trusted technology partner". The two sides will cooperate to maintain tiktok's operation in the United States. This agreement still needs the approval of the U.S. government. The solution does not include the full sale of tiktok or the transfer of tiktok's core technology, the report said.
